You already know enough to teach a useful workshop.
The part that gets complicated is deciding what to teach, keeping it focused, finding the right places to pitch, and knowing what should happen after you finish the presentation.
Maybe you've never hosted a workshop before. You can picture yourself speaking at a library, wellness office, networking group, parent organization, workplace, or virtual community — you simply haven't known how to turn that idea into something real.
Or maybe you've already done a few presentations. You created the slides, taught the material, and had good conversations afterward. But perhaps you forgot to collect email addresses, didn't follow up, or never reached out to another organization afterward.
"I was so focused on preparing the presentation that I wasn't thinking enough about what would happen after everyone left the room." — A LESSON I LEARNED THE HARD WAY
A workshop can be valuable on its own. But it becomes much more useful to your business when you have a plan for staying connected.
That's what we're going to build together.
Workshops helped me build my own practice.
When I was building my nutrition practice, workshops helped me get in front of real people, share what I knew, and create relationships that led to clients and referrals.
I also learned the hard way that preparing a good presentation is only one part of the strategy. I spoke to groups without collecting email addresses or creating a clear follow-up plan, which meant I let some of the biggest opportunities walk out of the room with everyone else.
That’s why Workshop Booked covers the entire process: choosing a focused topic, finding and pitching the right opportunities, preparing your presentation, collecting attendee information, making the Bold Ask, and knowing what to do next.
And because I know how easy it is to keep thinking about doing this without actually sending the pitch, we’ll work through it together with deadlines, feedback, accountability, and support.

A working sprint, not a course you shelve.
Workshop Booked is a live 30-day implementation sprint that helps wellness practitioners move from thinking about hosting a workshop to creating one, pitching it, and putting a real outreach process in motion.
Each week has one clear outcome, practical action steps, a live implementation call, and support as you do the work. You'll leave with a workshop you can continue presenting, refining, and pitching long after the sprint ends.
- You've been thinking about hosting a workshop but don't know where to begin.
- You have too many topic ideas and struggle to narrow them down.
- Speaking for 45–60 minutes feels overwhelming.
- You have a presentation deck but haven't used it to find clients.
- You've spoken to groups before but didn't collect attendee information.
- You want to get in front of people without relying entirely on social media.
- You want to connect with local businesses, organizations, workplaces, or online communities.
- You'd like workshops to become a repeatable part of your visibility and client-getting strategy.
One clear outcome, every week.
Create It
Use the SPEAK Workshop Framework to choose your audience, pick one focused problem, establish the outcome, select essential teaching points, and decide how attendees can stay connected afterward.
Pitch It
Identify organizations, groups, businesses, and potential collaborators that already have access to your intended audience. Prioritize your strongest opportunities and send real workshop pitches.
Prepare It
Create or customize a focused 20–30 minute presentation, choose an attendee resource, set up your email-capture process, and prepare your Bold Ask and next-step invitation.
Follow Up + Book It
Complete the outreach cycle, respond to interested hosts, confirm workshop details, rehearse the presentation, and create your next 30-day plan.
"Knowing someone is going to ask whether you sent the pitch makes it much more likely that you'll actually send it."
Throughout the sprint, you'll be building alongside a small group of practitioners working toward the same goal. You can bring your topic ideas, workshop title, potential hosts, outreach drafts, replies, and questions into the group for real-time feedback.
The weekly calls will include instruction, feedback, and dedicated working time, so you leave with something completed or sent.
Working sessions, not lectures.
Each week we move through one stage of the process, troubleshoot what's getting in the way, and spend time completing the work together. You'll leave each call with a concrete next action completed — whether that's choosing your workshop topic, sending a pitch, setting up your attendee resource, or following up with a potential host.
Between calls, the private sprint chat gives you a place to:
- Get feedback when your topic still feels too broad
- Talk through whether a venue or partner is a good fit
- Share an outreach draft before sending it
- Get help responding when a host replies
- Troubleshoot email capture, presentation timing, or your Bold Ask
- Share progress and stay accountable to your weekly finish line
- Learn from the ideas and experiences of other practitioners
You won't be left with a folder of resources and the hope that you eventually use them. We'll move through the process together, one focused stage at a time — with weekly live calls, private group support, practical planning resources, and AI tools that help you create personalized workshop materials. You'll have real deadlines, real-time feedback, and a group of practitioners expecting you to take the next step alongside them.
Everything you need to build, pitch, and book.

You do not need to be a professional speaker.
You do not need an hour-long presentation.
You do not need to create an entire event from scratch.
You need something useful to teach, the right people in the room, and a plan for turning the workshop into an ongoing relationship.
Reserve your founding spot.
Still deciding?
I've never hosted a workshop. Is this for me?
Yes. The SPEAK Framework guides you through choosing the audience, topic, outcome, teaching points, and next step. You don't need an existing presentation or speaking experience.
I've already done workshops. Will this be too basic?
No. Use the sprint to refine an existing workshop, improve your email-capture and follow-up process, develop a more focused signature topic, and build a repeatable outreach strategy.
Do I need to create a presentation from scratch?
No. You can customize a presentation you already own, simplify an existing deck, or build a basic presentation around your essential teaching points.
Does my workshop have to be in person?
No. You can create an in-person workshop, webinar, corporate lunch-and-learn, collaborative event, or virtual guest training.
Do you offer payment plans?
I’m not offering a separate payment plan for this founding sprint. However, you can use Apple Pay at checkout, and eligible customers may also see pay-later options through the payment provider.
Will I definitely book a workshop during the sprint?
The goal is to move real opportunities forward, but host response times and decisions are outside our control. You'll complete the sprint with your workshop built, outreach sent, follow-up underway, and a clear plan for continuing.
Are these paid or complimentary workshops?
The primary focus is complimentary workshops used to meet potential clients, grow your email list, and build referral relationships. The same foundation can also support host-paid speaking opportunities when they arise.
I already own one of your presentation decks. Can I use it?
Absolutely. Use the sprint to adapt the deck for a specific audience, shorten it for a workshop setting, and build the outreach and follow-up strategy around it.
What if I can't attend a live call?
Live attendance is strongly encouraged because the calls include real-time feedback, dedicated working time, and support from the group. However, every call will be recorded and posted inside the private Facebook group, so you can catch up if you need to miss one. Replays will remain available throughout the sprint and for 30 days after the final call.
What is the refund policy?
Because Workshop Booked is a limited-capacity live program and your enrollment reserves one of only 12 spots, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the program dates and details carefully before enrolling. Call recordings will be available if you’re unable to attend live. If Wellness Resource Collective cancels the sprint, you’ll receive a full refund.
