Who are the Wellness Resource Collective Canva templates for?
My digital tools are built for health coaches, Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (NTPs), nutritionists, or any functional health practitioner who wants professional, client-ready resources without spending hours designing.
Do I need Canva Pro to use these templates?
No. All Wellness Resource Collective templates work with the free version of Canva. You can edit, customize, and brand your files without paying for a premium subscription.
How do I download my Canva templates after purchase?
After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a download link. That link gives you access to a PDF, which contains your clickable Canva template link(s). You can also log into your store account under “My Purchases” to re-download at any time.
Customization & Use
Can I edit and brand the Canva templates for my coaching practice?
Yes! All templates are fully editable in Canva. You can add your logo, change colors, fonts, and adjust the content so it reflects your brand and client approach. Need help? Check out our YouTube channel for product walkthroughs and tutorials on using our templates.
Can I reuse these Canva templates with multiple coaching clients?
Yes. Your purchase includes unlimited use within your own coaching practice. You can use the same resource with as many clients as you like.
Can these resources be adapted for group programs or workshops?
Absolutely. Many coaches use my presentation decks and handouts for workshops, group coaching, and online courses as well as 1:1 sessions.
Can I share these digital resources with other practitioners?
No. Each purchase is licensed for one business. If another coach wants to use the same tools, they’ll need to purchase their own copy.
Can I use the templates for social media content?
Yes. You’re welcome to use the educational concepts, structure, and ideas in your own content and marketing. Many practitioners adapt slides or key points into posts.
Please note that the editable files may not be shared or redistributed, and written copy should be personalized rather than copied verbatim for public posts.
Tech & Troubleshooting
I can’t find my download email—how can I access my purchase?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, log into your account and check “My Purchases.” Still stuck? Email me at hello@wellnessresourcecollective.com and I’ll resend your files.
Do you offer refunds on digital templates?
Because these are digital products, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues accessing your files, I’ll make sure you get what you paid for.
What if I’ve never used Canva before?
No problem! Canva is beginner-friendly, and there are lots of great tutorials available online. They also have their own very robust Help Center. Always feel free to reach out with specific questions though.

Are these health coaching templates considered medical advice?
No. All resources are for educational purposes only and should never replace medical care. Always encourage clients to consult with a qualified healthcare provider for personalized medical advice.
Do these templates include nutrition advice or protocols?
No. The templates are designed to help you organize, present, and deliver your professional knowledge. They are for educational purposes only and not meant to replace medical care.
Can I resell or distribute these templates?
No. These Canva templates and resources are licensed for your personal coaching business only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing with other practitioners is not allowed.

Are your HTMA templates compatible with Trace Elements Inc. (TEI) lab reports?
Yes. The HTMA Client Report Template and Snippets Library were created specifically with Trace Elements Inc. (TEI) lab reports in mind. The layout and language align with TEI mineral patterns, ratios, and oxidation categories.
Can I use your HTMA templates with other lab companies?
The templates are designed around the structure of TEI reports. However, many practitioners adapt the framework for other HTMA labs by adjusting charts, reference ranges, and terminology inside Canva.
Do I need HTMA training to use these templates?
Yes. These resources are designed for trained practitioners who understand how to interpret HTMA results. They are educational presentation and reporting tools — not interpretation training.
